What is the duration of deliveries?

There are about 3-5 working days of delivery. Delivery time depends on the time of order and size of order. We mail to the customer about dispatching of product.

Huge orders are delivered to the curbsides only. For more information, contact our sales team.

Do you offer NEXT DAY delivery?

It depends on the quantity and availability of the ordered product, and the time when order is placed.

How much does it cost to deliver?

The delivery cost differs depending on the value, quantity, and location. It is evaluated during the checkout procedure.

Do you offer FREE DELIVERY if I spend a specific amount?

We do not offer free delivery. However, if you buy the products in massive amount, then we can adjust the discounted price as free delivery.

Can I collect it from you?

Yes. You can collect specific articles from our depot by appointment only. Please reach us to find out if this is possible.

Do you deliver on Weekends?

No, we do not deliver on weekends. We deliver on working days only. But can be delivered on urgent basis by charging premium delivery price.

Can I get a product sample?

Yes. You have to email a sample request along with your name and address and we will send it according to our feasibility.

Where my order will be delivered?

Your order will be placed at the address which you have jotted down in the checkout section as your delivery address.

What if the items are damaged in the parcel?

You have to inform us immediately or within a reasonable time. We can exchange or refund the product. You have to give evidence of the faulty product through a timely image. Any late complaint will not be deemed. Our carrier will receive it from you.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you can return the products within an acceptable time. The product must be unused.

Will you pay for the delivery costs if I return a product?

We will return the delivery amount in case the product is faulty otherwise we will not return the delivery charges.

If you are responsible for the costs of return and we are receiving the product from you, we will charge you the direct cost during the collection of the product.

When will you refund me for my returned product?

We will refund it within 14 days after receiving the product.
