Prices & Quotations

Floor Safety Direct can alter the price at any time. It is our choice whether to supply a certain product or not, in case we are not bound by any pact. We can modify a product composition or specifications without issuing a notice. We have the independence to guarantee some of our defensive criteria.

Prices are meant for our customers, that’s why prices are given due importance and authorized on a certain scale.

The setting up of the contract price

Retention of Title

The delivered product will be asset of the company till it receives the entire price of the product.

Any damage to the product before providing the total amount is liable to the customer.

Risk of Damage to Goods

Once the commodities are allocated, then the payment of damage to goods is transmitted to customers. In case you find any damage on the company’s behalf, do call us immediately. We advise you not to approve any product which posses any clue of damage.


Our company shall not be accountable for any damage that occurred by not fulfilling our instructions, a weakness in products from the wrong usage, delinquency, hazardous working situations, not completing our suggestion whether oral or in writing, misusage or alteration or repair of the articles without our approval.

If you find any wrong in our product, you shall inform us within 3 days from the date of delivery or within a reasonable time after finding of the shortcoming or failure.

If you inform us within a favorable time, then the following things can be done:

1. Repay the price

2. Repair the inadequate product at our expense

3. Can replace the products

One year is the warranty period for our products.


When the goods are installed, the use of any fraction of the goods shall be an authorization of the installation. Installation and command shall become due under the determined contract terms.

Color variations

The diagrams displayed on our website are a comprehensive picture of the product with a color code. We try to indicate a true picture but due to the limitations of matching painted steel to the printing procedure or pixilation onto computer pictures, colors exemplified offer an acceptable, but approximate guide. For precise color sources, painted steel samples are furnished on request from our sales team by catching up with us using the above contact methods.

Quotations for labors

All quotations for labor determine the following:

1. We usually work on working days. If you want weekend work, then an additional amount will be charged.

Payment must be done within 30 days from the statement date.

Customer Specification and Liability

If a custom-made product is prepared according to a specification composition, method, or guidance provided by others, then the genuineness and precision of the method will be up to customers. In case, while following their advice, we faced destruction then the customer will be responsible to give the cost incurred.
